Best Poster

Best Research Paper

O. Fay-Gormord, F. Descamps, J. Soete, S. Vandyke, J.P. Tshibangu and R. Swennen. Tight chalk: How does microtexture control petrophysical and geomechanical properties? The role of clay flakes and calcite cements.

Best Case History

Engineering in Chalk was a major two-day international conference organized by the British Geotechnical Association (BGA) with support from the Engineering Group of the Geological Society (EGGS), and held on 17th and 18th September 2018 at Imperial College in London.
